Firas has more than 8 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance Advisory and Investment Banking. Firas was previously an Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley in London. He worked across several industries including Financial Sponsors, Financial Institutions and FinTech among other, as well as across several products including Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Leveraged Finance. He has extensive experience working with Financial Sponsors on different types of transactions including Buy Side M&A, Sell Side M&A and IPO. He previously held positions in Real Estate Advisory with DTZ Asset Management as well as a Buy Side Financial Analyst in the M&A Department of Rexel. Prior to joining Broadgate, Firas ran his own family office where he has taken a leading role in institutionalizing it as well as defining and executing its investment strategy.

Firas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut as well as a Master de Grandes Ecoles with Corporate Finance Track and Private Equity Chair from ESSEC business school.”
