Nik has more than 12 years experience in Private Equity Investment, M&A Advisory and Corporate Strategy Development. Prior to joining Broadgate, he was a Director of Investments at a Malaysian Private Equity fund with over USD1 billion in assets under management. There, he led investments focusing on the consumer retail, manufacturing and technology sectors. He also served as a Board and EXCO member on several of the fund’s portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Nik was a management consultant where he led projects on corporate strategy design, business transformation, performance management and corporate M&A advisory. He also worked in corporate finance and M&A at L’Oréal New York City office.

Nik graduated with an MBA from Yale University, USA, and an MA & BDes from the University of Western Australia.
