Brings 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and direct investments primarily with early-stage companies in the MENA region.

He is also a Founding Partner at Y Venture Partners, an angel fund that invests in early stage startups and supports high impact entrepreneurs in building high growth ventures.

Ghaith is a former entrepreneur with a successful track record having founded and exited various companies in Canada and the UK. Previously, Ghaith spent more than 6 years in Investment Banking and M&A advisory working for Houlihan Lokey, HSBC, and Société Générale Investment Banking in France.

Ghaith holds a Masters degree in Finance and Management from ESCP-Europe and a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor degree from McGill University.
