Our People

Rami is the founder of Broadgate Advisers.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience including Chief Executive roles in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, and Investment Banking roles covering the MENA, GCC regions and the United States of America. He has led and managed business development efforts in asset management, brokerage and advisory across multiple markets, in addition to running transactions spanning capital markets, securitization, M&A advisory, and debt restructuring across multiple industries.

Prior to founding Broadgate Advisers, he last served as general manager and board member at Audi Investment Bank and chairman of Lebanon Invest, both fully owned subsidiaries of Bank Audi Group and operating under the regulatory oversight of the Lebanese Central Bank. He has further served on several fund boards and advisory committees of public funds regulated under the Capital Markets Authority of Saudi Arabia, as well as member of numerous committees including Audi Group business development committee.

Rami holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from UT, Austin and an MBA from INSEAD business school, France
