Manuel acts as the local director of the group holding company.

He has worked with KPMG for seventeen years, primarily providing audit services to various clients in a number of offices of the Big 4 firm through teams he formed part of and also subsequently through others he managed.  He left KPMG in July 2009 as an associate director with the Malta office and commenced providing consultancy, accounting and home office services to foreign high net worth individuals/businessmen who wanted to set up base on the island.  He is still the person of trust of these in Malta and is supported by a small team of professionals.

His current client portfolio includes aviation-related set-ups on which Manuel gained significant expertise over the years but also companies involved in artificial intelligence technology solutions, others trading in chemical raw materials, investment holding and financing companies, patent holders, project management operators and IT service providers.  Manuel also acts as a director on a number of Maltese companies involved in a variety of different sectors, representing the foreign shareholders, after being recommended to take these posts by other professionals.

Manuel became a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants in 1997 after concluding his necessary qualification examinations, got his warrant to practise as a Certified Public Accountant in Malta on the following year and his Auditor’s warrant in 2000.
