Carole has over 10 years of experience in Administration and HR Management, both in Lebanon and the GCC; she was part of the Venture Capital arm of Broadgate since 2015, and was promoted to the Group Level in 2020. Prior to that, Carole was an Office Manager at Webcor Group UAE and Oger International Beirut, where she was responsible for providing Admin and HR support to the management teams.

Carole holds a Master’s in Public relations from the Lebanese University.
