- Undertaking a valuation exercise on the company, indicating a range of values that the
asset/company should reasonably expect in order to generate interest from potential Investors - Preparing detailed investors materials to present the company for sale (Investors presentation, prospectus, information memorandum, etc…)
- Gauging investors interests, and developing market appetite
- Assisting in the negotiations and reviewing of deal documentation
- Overseeing the closing process until full transfer of the assets and settlement of the deal
